Here are a selection of thumbnail images taken from the date of flood in July 2007 to the present date showing the restoration of the Handsam Too after it was damaged and sunk.

At the height of the floods boats, caravans, etc being pulled/sucked through Workman Bridge Handsam Too riding out the flood, so far so good! Badly holed she's on her way down, caught on a hand rail, she then rolls over The liferaft falls off the roof and inflates. Pretty impressive! She rolled over and lay on the bottom like this for 6 weeks. She was impaled on a rising pole similar to the one with the pale blue top.
The stricken boat is rolled over, pulled by a winch from the other side Hmm, now what? This is not the boat I've come to love Hardly recognisable, the pumps are put to work Being towed down to the boat yard. Is this the last voyage of the 'Fighting Temeraire' Out of the water blocked up ready for evaluation. The hole is just behind the ladder
Starting to dry out The frame for the cover is up and a start is made at clearing out the debris Looking from the stern forward The tent proved invaluable during the winter, letting us carry on The caulking gang, a horrible job, but they set to with gusto
The canopy starts to take shape, plywood sheets cover the frame The new colour scheme is revealed! Some of the workers, that's me on the right That's better! I know who she is now The cover comes off at last. 7th May 08 after 7 months in hiding
